1. Acceptance

By installing or using Ally Auditor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

2. Service description

Ally Auditor performs eight automated, read-only canvas checks for potential accessibility issues: image alt text, heading hierarchy, links and buttons, color contrast, touch targets, typography, ARIA guidance, and focus order.

• Free includes all eight checks, the QA score, click-to-locate, and up to three visible findings per category.
• Pro adds unlimited finding details, batch highlight, next/previous navigation, heatmap, local history, ignore rules, color-vision review, and report exports.

3. Subscription and licenses

Ally Pro is a $4.99 monthly subscription processed by Creem. Prices and taxes shown at checkout control. You can cancel through Creem's customer portal; access remains subject to the subscription and license status Creem returns.

A valid license key and activation are required for Pro. Do not share, resell, or attempt to bypass license controls. Deactivate a browser before moving an activation when possible.

4. Automated-check limitations

Ally Auditor may produce false positives or miss issues. Its QA score is a prioritization aid, not a guarantee, certification, or proof of WCAG conformance or legal compliance.

You remain responsible for manual keyboard, screen-reader and other assistive-technology testing, content and interaction review, published-site testing, and determining which standards and laws apply.

5. Local data and privacy

Optional preferences, Pro history summaries, ignore rules, and license state are stored locally as described in the Privacy Policy. Project content and audit findings are not sent to the licensing service.

6. Availability and changes

The plugin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be corrected, improved, removed, or changed, and support may be interrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ally Auditor and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the plugin, inaccurate findings, missed issues, exported reports, or inability to use the service.
